I received a message from Jackie back in January about planning a Rock The Dress session & I was ecstatic! This was a first for me & I loved everything about the idea! She literally planned every aspect of this session & kept me very involved… so the day of was a breeze! She wanted to have portraits done to celebrate her 5 year anniversary, so of course we had to get husband dressed back up for a few frames too! I headed out to their amazing property in Big Valley & we walked around stopping & snapping at every corner. We couldn’t have picked a better time to do it as the colours were magic, & so worth the 8 month wait 😉

Jackie put on the exact Wedding dress she wore just 5 years ago, & it still fits her like a glove! She got in touch with Travis at Calyx Floral Design, one of our favourite talented florists in Central Alberta, & she created a stunning bouquet for the shoot! She wanted to keep the theme similar to her Wedding day, but put a fresher look on things! Everything came together beautifully & we even had a canoe on hand, which was a wonderful surprise!
