Way back in May I received a sweet message from Alyssa inquiring about an Anniversary session. We began talking and she told me they were from Pennsylvania and would be vacationing to our beautiful Canadian Rockies this September! Jumping for joy we decided to shoot their anniversary session at Moraine Lake… because well… MORAINE LAKE! Months passed by and the anticipation of meeting  Alyssa and Justin was hitting hard and I couldn’t wait to finally put a face to the months and months of emails! Our connection was instant, and immediately you fall in love with these two! I can’t recall how long we shot and hung out for.. but I do know we saw the sun go down haha! We chatted all about their life back home and their fur babies… and I also learned that they were a husband and wife photography team back home! So awesome!

I can’t thank you both enough for reaching out to me and allowing me to document this small portion of your time here in Canada. I enjoyed listening to your accents, talking all about your life and work back home and of course having you in front of my lens!
