Fort Macleod Wedding Photographers :: Tyler + Amy
This day is a day I will never forget for two reasons: 1. Tyler & Amy got married!! 2. I got into my first car accident… on my way to see them! Although my day didn’t start off as I would have liked, I made it & thank goodness I did because this wedding was one I would have been sad to miss!
Tyler & Amy said their I do’s at the Barn Dance in Fort MacLeod & it was such a neat space to photograph in! It was a scramble to set everything up before the ceremony, but with the help of their incredible family & friends, they pulled it all together & it was a great day! This Wedding was as rustic as can be & I absolutely adored the theme & wardrobe choices Amy made! Seriously, how lucky were these bridesmaids wearing something so cute & comfy all day?! Plaid can do no wrong!
The ceremony was sweet & traditional, with loved ones speaking & Tyler’s boys standing up beside their Dad. After the ceremony, we ventured up to the school house for portraits & then headed up to this gorgeous open wheat field for more! This place was like disneyland & I had so much fun running around! We gathered in the main area of the barn where everything was set up family style. Tyler & Amy set up a slide show to introduce each one of their bridal party tribe & they immediately went into their first dance. Following were the hilarious speeches & Amy toasting to her Friends & Family to start drinking! The party never stopped & I even got to sneak Tyler & Amy back to the wheat field at sunset… swoon!
Thank you both so much for allowing me into your lives & document such special times in your life, including the day you promised forever. It’s been such a treat getting to know you both & every time we see each other it’s always so fun & I’m just so comfortable around you. You made a super hard day for me, a lot easier, & I wish I could have stayed with you all longer. I hope for the opportunity to get you all infront of my lens yet again & please keep in touch as you embark on this incredible journey together!
