I first photographed Ashley back in the Fall, & our session ran a little short as we were losing our light! However, we ended up with a killer sunset which was worth the late start haha! I still swoon over that sunset… ahh! I offered to do more portraits for them anytime she wanted & we chose to do some grad portraits for Ashley as she was graduating this year!

It’s no secret that Ashley is one absolutely stunning lady & would look drop dead gorgeous in anything. I mean… you could put her in a paper bag & she would still look amazing! So when it came to the gown Ashley was going to wear for Grad, a day we wait for all 12 years of school, she had always pictured herself wearing a mermaid style. She never thought of picking such a vibrant colour, but with her hair colour & skin tone – this red looks killer! She scooped up the gown from Blissful Bridal in Calgary as soon as she saw it & she couldn’t have made a better choice.

Ashley, you were a vision!

She brought along some awesome props to include in her session: Her softball equipment being an avid softball player & some cute balloons! She even brought along her cousin she grew up with for some special portraits – which I loved! I sure get lucky with the weather with these guys because we had yet another spectacular evening.

Ashley plans on taking a year off & then eventually heading to Lethbridge to receive her Bachelor of Arts. She plans to get into Criminal Justice & hopes to become a Police Officer/Private Investigator. Reach for the stars, girl!
