I’ve known Justin and Julie for a long time, and I feel truly lucky that this job brings me back into the lives of old friends! These two make the most wonderful couple, and I’ve loved watching it grow for over a decade! And it was such a treat having the opportunity to document it!

This was a super exciting Wedding for me on that level of course, but it was also a dream come true to work at the Calgary Zoo! Which has always been on my list of venues to photograph! The zoo has such beautiful landscaping and gardens, hidden paths and the how can you not love the animals! Julie and Justin tied their wedding together with royal purple and turquoise blue, with jewels and feathers, then topped it off with delicious cookies!

Justin and Julie are what romantic and fun wedding dreams are made of! And I had so much fun catching up and documenting their special day!
