I’m such a huge advocate for family pictures, not just because I’m a photographer.. but because I’m a mother & I now know the importance of these photographs. The hustle & bustle of life passes us by & next thing you know your kids have grown into adults & you realize you have NO photos of when they were younger! How devastating!

Also, getting family portraits done are such a wonderful opportunity to bond in front of the camera, while creating those treasured frames!

I first received a call from Adele about 2 months ago asking what I offer at a family session, after finding me on Facebook. I love that after all the details were said, she would call out to her husband, asking what his thoughts are. These two are so involved in every thing that they do together, it was great to hear on the other line.

We ended up meeting at my favourite place to shoot in Calgary & Adele started to panic just as we were getting started because she realized she forgot little ones shoes!! But don’t fret y’all, we made it work 😉
