A childhood friend of mine referred Mackenzie to me about her Wedding happening  September 2, 2015 & we immediately hit it off. She told me her Wedding was going to be at Heritage Park & that she was a very DIY bride – OH MY!

I’ve been going to Heritage Park with my grandparents as a child for as long as I can remember, so knowing I would be photographing a Wedding here… my head was spinning at all the incredible photo opportunities! This place is disneyland for us photogs & I couldn’t wait for their big day!

5 Days before the ‘I do’s’ Mackenzie had a bad fall & actually sprained her knee! With her cool & laid back attitude, she slipped on her knee brace underneath her dress & said ‘Alright! Lets go!’ with a deep breath. She was so awesome to walk the park & bring my vision of their big day to life, & not once did she ever complain. They are both some of the sweetest people I know & seeing their faces light up when they saw each other was the epitome of my job.

Thank you both for choosing me. I felt so welcomed into your families & I so enjoyed getting to know you all. You have some incredible friends & family & I hope we cross paths again some day!
